Configuring Plugin Projects Targeting AppCode

The Gradle configuration of AppCode plugin projects uses neither Product-Specific nor IntelliJ IDEA Attributes. Instead, configure AppCode plugin projects to use the intellij.localPathOrder manager app. attribute.
